About Piecraft

Piecraft Kitchen was founded in May 2021. Frankie Cannata-Bowman, former chef of Pair Restaurant and Frank’s Oyster House & Champagne Parlor, built Piecraft as a Seattle pop-up bakery featuring seasonal vegan and gluten-free pies.

Frankie worked 15 years in the restaurant industry before pursuing her true passion as a full-time pie chef. Always fond of pushing flavor boundaries, she was shortlisted for Seattle Metropolitan Magazine’s Next Hottest Chefs in 2016.

She has collected her experience to take Seattle on an exciting new journey into vegan and gluten-free baking. She believes that quality baked goods should be more inclusive to people with dietary preferences and/or restrictions and strives to create a product that EVERYONE (vegan/gluten-free/or not) will fall in love with!
